Futsal Champions 2015

St. Conaire’s National School recently took part in the annual Futsal Tournament held in Shannon Leisure Centre.  The boys and girls on the panel played extremely well and were the eventual overall winners. Teams from St. Aidan’s, St. Senan’s, St. Tola’s and Clonmoney also took part.  Skill, technique and determination were evident from all teams throughout the morning and each game kept all spectators entertained.  St. Conaire’s were in  number of tight games however through hard work, perseverance and excellent teamwork the boys and girls on the school panel  were successful.  They acheieved a great feat in winning all of their games.  The panel were rewarded by being presented with medals by Mr. Walsh and Mr. O’Connell at school assembly.  Well done to all.  Click here to view pictures from the day.
