Engineers’ Week trip to Atlantic AirVenture

Pupils from St. Conaire’s visited Atlantic AirVenture as part of  Engineers’ Week 2015.  The pupils learned all about the relevance of science and mathematics for the aviation sector.  It was very much a hand-on experience and the pupils learned about forces, thrust and aerodynamics from volunteers who work in the Shannon area.  Click here to see photographs of our visit.
