Following on from the successful launch of The Sea Explorers Marine Spatial Planning Module in conjunction with 5th Class, St. Conaires, a lovely invite was issued by The Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment to Ms. Greene’s 5th to attend The Marine Institute on Thursday the 13th of November, 2025.

The Children showcased their projects and knowledge of Marine Spatial Planning and Marine Literacy to over 150 guests attending A European Atlantic Conference.  So many visitors were impressed with the depth of their knowledge including Christos Econoomou, Director General for Maritime affairs and fisheries, European Commission.  Well done 5th Class and their teacher, Ms. Greene.
