The children were highly engaged and motivated when completing these tasks.

The LearnStorm competition concluded on April 1st and the school community was overjoyed to discover that we had finished 4th in Ireland in the final cup. St. Conaire’s N.S. were the top primary school in the country and the only school outside of Dublin to finish in the Top 10.

As a result of this incredible achievement a number of pupils were invited to the Munster Maths Celebration in Cork Institute of Technology. This included Sean Ryan, Chilem Nwarie and Dharm Singh.

During the nine week program, competitions were held within the school and many prizes were awarded to those pupils that topped the charts in both hustle points and mastery points. As a reward, those pupils that put in a huge effort over the nine weeks will be brought to the cinema in May. Well done everybody.
