Junior Infants make pancakes

Ms. McMahon’s Junior Infants got busy with making pancakes on Shrove Tuesday, February 28.  They listed their ingredients, doled out jobs and went shopping.  They got all the ingredients for their pancakes and then they measured out the mixtures.  They went to the staffroom and they received help from Rosie and from John.  Ms. McMahon explained to them how pancakes were made and then they watched from a safe distance while the work was done.  They sent in their orders for various toppings and, once the pancakes were ready, they ate the finished products with gusto.  The photographs in the gallery show how much they enjoyed the experience.  Click here to see the photographs.
