First Confession Ceremony 2016

Pupils from Ms. Greene’s and Ms. Bulfin’s 2nd classes made their First Confessions in the presence of their parents and families in Ss. John & Paul Church.  The boys and girls had prepared to receive the sacrament with the support of their parents, their teachers and Fr. Tom.  They learned how God loves us all and how He is always loving towards us.  They prepared beautiful artwork which was displayed all around the church.  The children learned songs to enrich the ceremony.  Many thanks to all the school staff involved in preparing the children and the church for the sacrament:  Ms. Greene (class teacher), Ms. Bulfin (class teacher), Ms. Cleary (music), Ms. White (music) and Mr. Pilkington (music).  Thanks also to Fr.
